Responsible for processing
On behalf of Bioform, the CEO is responsible for processing the company’s processing of personal data.
Personal information stored
We store the following personal information about our customers:
Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of customers who have made purchases with us created an account on www.bioform.life or signed up for our newsletter.
We also store purchase history and behavior patterns on our website in order to provide an improved customer journey for our customers. This data is anonymized and used only to ensure that you as a customer receive the best possible recommendations from us on our website and in newsletters.
Purpose of the treatment
We process the information in order to be able to carry out our obligations by agreement with you and to be able to fulfill our obligations in relation to Norwegian law with regard to accounting legislation and other relevant legal authority.
We also use the information to be able to provide you with information, offers, and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone, SMS, and mailings.
We use purchase history and behavior patterns on the website and email to be able to provide recommendations and advertisements that are tailored to each individual user.
Advertising via e-mail and SMS is only sent to those users who have explicitly wished to receive this, all communication from us includes information on how to unsubscribe from e-mail and SMS lists.
The basis for the treatment
Information about name, address, telephone, e-mail address is used to fulfill the purchase agreement. The basis for this treatment is Article 6 (b) of the Privacy Ordinance.
Where you have consented to it, the information is also used to provide you with information, offers, and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone, and SMS. The basis for this treatment is the Privacy Ordinance Art 6 (a). You can at any time refuse to receive such information from us.
Collection of personal information
Personal information is collected via our online store when purchasing, registering an account or subscribing to our newsletters via relevant registration forms. Subscribing to newsletters requires explicit approval, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Disclosure of information to third parties
We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal information to others unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Providers of services that are necessary to operate our websites and systems have in certain cases access to personal information as this is necessary for them to be able to perform their work. In these cases, the processing of personal data is subject to a separate data processor agreement which describes their responsibilities and obligations for how the personal data is to be processed. All subcontractors are subject to the same obligations that Bioform AS has towards you as a customer.
Deletion of personal information
Information that we have received in connection with your purchase is stored in our active customer register for 5 years.
Information we are obliged to retain under the Accounting Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
Information you have provided in connection with subscribing to newsletters etc. will be stored as long as you are an active user with us, or give notice that this will be deleted.
To delete your personal information in our systems, contact [email protected] by e-mail, and we will help you process your inquiry and have all data deleted that must not be stored as a result of other legal sources (eg the Accounting Act.).
Rights of the registered
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and current regulations. Please note that you can demand access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as demand correction or deletion of information. You can complain to the Data Inspectorate about processing in violation of the rules.
