Cancellation<\/span><\/h3>

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, without giving any reason. As soon as we have received and processed the items you have returned, the sale price for the item\u2019s value will be paid to the account, but this assumes that the seal on the product is not broken and that the product and packaging are in unchanged condition, ie unused and not damaged. In order for the right of withdrawal to be valid, the item (s) must be unused and returned in the same packaging as upon receipt. Pursuant to section 15 of the Right of cancel Act, the return costs shall be borne by the buyer.<\/span><\/p>

Defective situation \/ complaint<\/span><\/h3>

If a defect or defect is discovered, the buyer must, within a reasonable time after he or she discovered or should have discovered the defect, notify the seller in writing that he or she will invoke the defect.
