INGREDIENTS:
• Rose root extract ( Rhodiola rosea ) of which rosavin (3%) and salidroside (1%).
• Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
CONTENTS:
• 60 vegetable capsules
DOSAGE:
- When starting, you only use 1 capsule per day for the first 2 weeks
- For long-term use: 2 capsules daily
- When used as an acute remedy, for example before an exam or a sporting performance, a dose that is up to 3 times as high is recommended.
Rose root is best absorbed in the body when it is taken on an empty stomach half an hour before breakfast or lunch.
